Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

The petitioner's contention is that the regularization of the encroachment has been approved in the meeting of Gram Panchayat. He has relied upon the resolution passed on 08.01.1992 (Page No. 27 of the Writ Petition), which is copy of resolution.

In view of thereof, we direct the petitioner to submit a detailed representation in the light of Resolution dated 08.01.1992 before the Collector, Washim, within two weeks. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Collector, Washim on 19.11.2025 at 11.00 a.m. and furnish a copy of this petition and this order.

We direct the Collector, Washim to decide the representation of the petitioner and also take into consideration the grounds raised in the petition, within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. rkn
