By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the orders of the Inquiry Officer in the departmental proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the respondent-Western Coalfields Limited.

Shri A.R.Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would raise the grounds raised in this Writ Petition, at an appropriate stage of the matter, if an adverse action is taken against the petitioner after the culmination of the enquiry. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to raise the grounds at an appropriate stage.
