The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the notice issued under Section 130 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"), he had appeared in the matter and he contested there. Considering this fact, he seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

Permission is granted.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to mention that it is expected from the concerned officer to follow the procedure contemplated under the provisions of BNSS.
