DATED : OCTOBER 15, 2019 This is an application moved on behalf of the appellant seeking permission to deposit the cheque towards amount of compensation. It is pointed out that the cheques issued earlier were under a wrong name and, therefore, fresh cheques have been procured.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque towards balance amount within a period of 2 weeks from today.
