The issue raised in this petition is no more res integra, as the permission to operate the Mangal Karyalaya has already been granted. 2.

That being so, the petition stands disposed of. 3.

In order to show bona fides, out of the amount Rs.3,00,000/- deposited in this Court by order dated 18-11-2022, the petitioner volunteers to donate an amount of Rs.51,000/- (Rupees Fifteen One Thousand) to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. The balance amount with interest accrued thereon be refunded to the petitioner.
