Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.08.2022, the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Trial Court towards part of compensation. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications and the fact that the compensation was awarded to the non-applicant/ original complainant in the impugned order of Trial Court, the amount deposited by the applicant be given to the nonapplicant with accrued interest, if any. 4.
