Present application is filed by the applicant for transfer of matrimonial proceeding from Family Court, Nashik to the Family Court, Yavatmal.

During the course of hearing it revealed that the applicant is serving in Mumbai and seeking transfer at Yavatmal on the ground that there is likelihood of transfer from Mumbai to Yavatmal. At present, applicant is staying at Mumbai and serving at Mumbai.

It will be convenient for her to attend the proceeding at Nashik from Mumbai.

The applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application as soon as she transfers from Mumbai to Yavatmal. 6.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to approach this Court, in the circumstance if she transfers from Mumbai to Yavatmal.
