Reply of the prosecution, in sum and substance, indicates that in the normal course, the Investigating Officer would have no objection in returning the passport to the applicant subject to the condition that whenever the applicant decides to go abroad, the applicant shall submit necessary details well in advance. 3.
In view of the above, condition no. (iii) imposed in the order dated 27th June 2016 is relaxed. Passport of the applicant be returned to him subject to
the condition that whenever applicant decides to go abroad, he shall furnish all the details of his such proposed visit to the Investigating Officer of the Economic Offences Wing, at least fifteen days prior to his date of journey in future. He shall also include in such details the address where he would be staying in the foreign country along with the contact number. So far as the present visit is concerned which the applicant is to start with effect from 18th October 2017, I do not see any difficulty in allowing the applicant to undertake the same and it is allowed accordingly. The applicant shall be permitted to undertake the same. However, for this visit also, the applicant shall give all necessary details to the Investigating Officer, Economic Offences Wing and shall also furnish his address where he would be staying abroad together with his contact number. Disposed of in above terms.
