Since the applicants desire to support the application for review by relying upon the averments made in the present application which are sought to be incorporated in the review application, without accepting the correctness of those averments, the amendment is allowed. The amendment be carried out within period of one week.

Civil Application (CAO) No.2053 of 2019 On behalf of the applicants it is sought to be urged that after the award was stayed by this Court the non-applicant was paying monthly installments of about Rs.31000/- as per the report of the Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited. The same therefore indicates that the non-applicant was gainfully employed. This aspect was within the knowledge of the non-applicant but he has falsely denied the same on oath.
