2] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to an order dated 7.1.2020 passed by the learned Division Bench in Writ Petition No.1125/2019, a fresh joint measurement has been ordered with regard to Kh. No.79/1/, 79/2 and 81 of Mouja Beltarodi, Nagpur (Rural), Distt. Nagpur. He submits that the said measurements would clear certain aspects and the petitioner desires to avail of remedies as are permissible pursuant to such measurements being brought on record, if the petitioner is aggrieved. 3] In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The liberty sought by the petitioner is granted to the extent he has remedies as are permissible in law.
