The order dated 08-7-2019 reads thus :

"Time of three weeks is granted to take further steps on account of death of respondent No.1. If no steps are taken within aforesaid period, the name of respondent No. 1 shall be struck off from the array of parties without reference to Court."

It appears that inadvertently the petitioner did not point out to the Court that pursuant to the order dated 22-4-2019 the petitioner served respondent 1 by paper publication.

In this view of the matter, the application is
