The learned advocate for the petitioner states that the order passed by the School Tribunal of which willful disobedience is complained in this contempt petition is challenged in W.P. No. 6839/2015, and this Court has issued Rule and has stayed the effect, operation and execution of the order passed by the School Tribunal. It is prayed that this contempt petition be tagged with W.P. No. 6839/2015. As the effect, operation and execution of the order passed by the School Tribunal of which willful disobedience is complained is stayed by this Court, at present there is no cause for the petitioner to maintain this contempt petition. Hence, notice of this contempt petition issued to the respondents is discharged.

The contempt petition is disposed keeping the rights and contentions of the petitioner open for
