The learned counsel for proposed legal representatives of respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.1 expired on 15.1.2017 and this fact is already brought on record by filing a pursis. It is submitted that such applications ought to have been filed by the appellant but due to inadvertence came to be filed on behalf of legal representatives of respondent no.1. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw both the applications. Applications being withdrawn stand disposed of.
