By this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 16.03.2016 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati, and seeks a direction against the authority to release the difference in arrears of salary to the petitioner, as an untrained teacher.

Mr. Madiwale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the issue involved in this case, was answered against the petitioners by the judgment dated 16.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.2440/2014 and others, and hence this Writ Petition is also liable to be dismissed. On a perusal of the judgment in Writ Petition No. 2440/2014, it appears that a similar issue was decided against the petitioners in the said Writ Petition and hence, for the reasons recorded in the said judgment, it would be necessary to dismiss this Writ Petition also.

Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 16th October, 2015 in Writ Petition No.2440/2014 and others,
