The learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Rohit Joshi seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise the contentions before the trial Court at the stage of framing of charge. In all fairness, Shri S.P. Deshmukh, the learned counsel has no serious objection if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty. Every contention raised is kept expressly open.
