Shri D.L.Dharmadhikari, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of non applicant no.15 and Shri S.S.Ghate, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of non applicant nos. 2 and 14. As other non applicants were served in appeal and they had not entered appearance, the notice on them is dispensed with.

Perused the contents of the application. Though the prayer for restoration is opposed by learned counsel for the non applicant no.15, considering the fact that an amount of Rs.15,000/- is being tendered vide demand draft dated 03.09.2018, the application is allowed. The second appeal is restored to file. The misc. civil application is disposed of accordingly.
