NOVEMBER 13, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) The present petition is directed against the order dated 08/03/2019 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court below Exh.35 and 47 in Complaint (ULP) No.07/2009, whereby the applications filed by the respondents came to be allowed. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now petitioners' services were already terminated. 4) In view thereof, without going into the merits of the matter, as the services of the petitioners were already terminated, the present petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that if the petitioners challenge the order of termination, the Court to consider the matter afresh without getting influenced of the order passed by learned Industrial Court in the present proceeding. All the issues are kept open. No order as to costs.
