It is submitted that the legal heirs of respondent no. 1 are already on record. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Permission is granted to delete the name of respondent no. 1. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAS) NO. 1218 OF 2022 The present application is filed for grant of permission to deposit the amount.

It appears that vide order dated 29/11/2019, this Court had granted stay to the execution and implementation of impugned decree till further orders, subject to appellant depositing monthly Rs. 1,000/- in this Court on or before 10th day of each month

909.1219.22 in SA 515.19 commencing from 1st December, 2019 till disposal of appeal. Accordingly, the appellant has already deposited the amount of Rs. 15,000/-.

It is submitted that due to pandemic (Covid-19) lock down, the appellant was unable to deposit the amount as per direction. High Court filing section was also closed till June, 2020. In view thereof, permission is granted to the appellant to deposit the pending amount within one week and shall continue to pay as per order dated 29/11/2019.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
