The proceedings have been dismissed on account of failure to remove office objections.

By accepting the reasons mentioned in the

application, time of four weeks is granted to remove all office objections. The applicant shall pay cost of Rs.50000 [rupees five hundred only] to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee within the said period. If the aforesaid directions are complied, the proceedings shall stand restored. If the aforesaid directions are not complied, the earlier order refusing registration shall revive.

Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.

On the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation in this Court within a period of six weeks from today, the execution of the impugned Award shall remain stayed.
