It is not in dispute before us that the orders as passed on 10.09.2018 in Writ Petition No. 3366 of 2018 and 3367 of 2018 can also be passed in present MCAs.

In view of this position, we modify the order under

1910mca1043.18 review only to the extent of clarifying that the exercise in pursuance thereof shall be undertaken while effecting regular transfers in the month of April/May/June 2019. 4.

With this clarification, present MCAs are disposed of. No order as to costs.
