The appellant has filed the appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 08.09.2014 passed by learned Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No.8/2005. For filing the appeal, there is a delay of 648 days. Notices on this application were issued. Pursuant to the notices, Mr. Shinde, Advocate appears for legal representatives of original claimant Yashwant. They are already taken on record. Mr. Kadu, A.G.P. appears for non applicant nos. 2 and 3-State. Mr. Shinde fairly states that he has no objection for condonation of delay.

Statement is accepted.

In view of the no objection granted by the contesting parties, the present application is allowed. Delay of 648 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of.
