The matter is listed for correction in judgment and order dated 03.10.2025.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in para 10 of the judgment this Court directed the amount of 1,00,000/- each be given to appellant nos.2 to 4 and ₹ 1,00,000/- was directed to be given to mother of the ₹ deceased, who was not party to the claim application; whereas, no amount of compensation is directed to be given to appellant no.5, the daughter of deceased.

It is common ground that mother of the deceased also has no objection if the amount of 1,00,000/-, as ordered in ₹ para 10 of the judgment, is given to appellant no.5. Therefore, para 10 of the judgment and order dated 03.10.2025 is modified as under:

"10. The respondent is liable to pay compensation of 8,00,000/- with interest at the rate of 6% per annum ₹ from the date of claim application till its realization.

927 fa228.25.odt The respondent is directed to credit the amount of 4,00,000/- in the account of appellant no.1 and ₹ 1,00,000/- each by way of Fixed Deposit in any ₹ nationalized Bank in the name of appellant nos.2 to 5 till they attain the age of majority, with proportionate interest thereon."
