By speaking to the minutes, the learned counsel for the appellant (original claimant) has brought to the notice of this Court that the appeal was confined only to the share of the appellant i.e. 1.42 HR land out of the total land of 2.84 HR. acquired by the respondents. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the other half share belonged to the brother of the appellant, who was not appellant in this appeal.

Accordingly, it is clarified that the order dated 11.09.2019 whereby the present appeal was partly allowed and enhanced compensation was granted to the appellant, would apply only to 1.42 HR land pertaining to the share of the appellant. The respondents shall accordingly calculate the amount of compensation with all benefits payable to the appellant in terms of the aforesaid order and deposit the same in this Court. JUDGE halwai
