The prayer in these petitions is to direct the respondents to extend benefits of Pay Commission to the petitioners. 2.

We have gone through the pleadings. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent Nos. 6 and 7 are directed to decide issue raised by the petitioners within a time bound period.

In view thereof, we direct that present petitions be treated as representations. The said representations shall be decided by rkn

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of these petitions along with order passed of this Court before the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 within a period of one week from today.

Needless to mention, if the representations are decided in favour of the petitioners, the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 shall disburse the payment within a period of six months thereafter. 6.
