DATE : 18/11/2022 Present application is filed by the appellant seeking extension of time period to deposit part of the amount. On 27/09/2022, this Court stayed the impugned judgment subject to condition that the appellants shall deposit Rs.6,00,000/- along with interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of agreement till the date of the order within two weeks.

The total amount was around 16,00,000/-. The said period was further extended for another six weeks to deposit the interest part on Rs. 6,00,000/-. The interim order was continued for further six weeks.

Now a request is made that out of Rs.10,00,000/- he is ready to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- within three days and the Demand Draft is also ready with the appellant. He further seeks six weeks time to pay remaining amount.

Further time of six weeks is granted to deposit remaining amount subject to clear understanding that no further extension will be granted and the interim order shall stand vacated after the stipulated period.
