However, he submits that directions be given to learned Court below for expeditious disposal of the sessions trial.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the learned Special Judge to dispose of Special Criminal (MCOCA) Case No.8/2017 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
