Heard the respective learned counsels. By consent of the parties the petition is disposed of finally.

Based on the plot allotment letter, the petitioners are claiming that the respondents are duty bound not only to execute the renewal lease, but also to demarcate the same. According to him, the petitioners have already paid the Nazul rent amount and the respondents are not co-operating in the matters of execution of documents/lease deed. 3.

As against above, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would claim that even if, it is demonstrated from the record that the petitioners have paid the Nazul rent and penalty, still formalities are required to be complied with. 4.

In this backdrop, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to complete the rkn

115wp7159.2025.doc necessary formalities of not only demarcation and renewal of lease but all such requirements under its Land Disposal Rules as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four months from the date of passing of this order.
