This is an Application seeking condonation of delay of 172 days in filing the Second Appeal Stamp No. 21513/2016. Heard both sides. Perused the contents of the Application. Though the Application is opposed by the other side, on a perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay. In view thereof, the delay of 172 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Library within two weeks.
