By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry against the respondent No.5. Shri Rao, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 3, 4 and 6, states on instructions that the enquiry against the respondent No.5 is in progress and the same would be completed as early as possible.
