Considering the limited relief sought of a direction to be issued to the respondent no.3 - Collector, State Excise, the notice is made returnable forthwith. Shri A.S.Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondents. The petitioner on 28.01.2021 has made an application for transferring FL-III license standing in the name of her husband in her name alongwith the legal heirs.
Considering the limited request as made for expeditious consideration of the application dated 28.01.2021, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3-Collector, State Excise, to take a decision on the petitioner's application dated 28.01.2021 for transfer of the FL-III license in her name alongwith the legal heirs. The same shall be done in accordance with law and after giving due notice to all concerned parties. A decision in that regard be taken within a period of two months on production of copy of this order before the respondent no.3.
