DATE : 25.10.2016 By this civil application, the applicant - petitioner seeks a direction against the respondent no.1 - College to issue the original mark-sheet of the 8th Semester and the other relevant documents, i.e., provisional degree, college leaving certificate etc. for the Session 2015-16 provisionally, subject to the decision of the petition.

When we had issued Rule in the matter, we had directed the respondent no.1 - College to grant admission to the petitioner from the Scheduled Tribes Category and seek the reimbursement of difference in fees from the respondent no.5. We

2510caw2307.16.odt had directed the respondent no.5 to reimburse the difference in fees in respect of the petitioner to the respondent no.1. It would therefore be necessary for the respondent no.5 to pay the necessary fees in respect of the petitioner to the respondent no.1 - College. Since the interest of the respondent no.1 - College is already protected, by our order, dated 25.7.2014, the prayer made in the application needs to be granted.

We, therefore, direct the respondent no.1 to issue the original mark-sheet of the 8th Semester and release all the necessary documents in favour of the petitioner provisionally, subject to the result of the petition, as the respondent no.1 can secure the admission fees and other fees from the respondent no.5. The original mark-sheet and the necessary documents should be supplied by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner, within three weeks.
