The learned Advocates for the respective parties submit that the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court as per the order passed on 7th August, 2017 be transmitted to the District Court where the appeal filed by the petitioner / tenant is pending.

The Registry is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.25,000/- alongwith interest on it, if any, to the District Court where the Regular Civil Appeal No.598/2016 filed by the petitioner is pending. The Civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
