This is an application seeking restoration of the appeal, which stood dismissed by order 28.08.2017 passed by this Court. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the appeal is restored. Since this is an appeal by the claimants seeking further enhancement of compensation, and the acquiring body i.e. Municipal Council Digras has also filed an appeal bearing First Appeal No. 736 of 2006 whereby the very same order of the Reference Court has been challenged, this appeal is restored in the interest of justice and it is heard along with First Appeal No. 736 of 2006.
