08/07/2024 The petitioner's son Suraj Sakharamji Dhanvijay was working as a home guard for more than six years. He has received salary as a home guard. Petitioner's son died on 20/05/2021, as he was affected by Corona Virus. The petitioners made time to time representations for grant of insurance amount in terms of Government Resolution dated 29/05/2020. Finally petitioner sent a legal notice on 01/01/2022, for providing insurance sum of Rs.50,00,000/-, in terms of above referred Government Resolution. According to petitioner, till date no action has been taken by respondents. Having regard to aforesaid facts, the legal notice dated 01/01/2022 shall be treated as petitioner's representation, on which, the respondents shall take appropriate decision within eight weeks from today.
