The petition challenges the order dated 23/06/2022, whereby the application for amendment of the plaint (Exh.44) has been rejected on the ground that there is no reason given in the application either for amendment or for addition of party (pg.25).

Though it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that reasons are there in the application, a perusal of Exh.44 (pg.16) indicates, that except for the proposed amendment and addition of parties, there is absolutely no reason given for making the application, considering which, the ground of rejection, does not need any interference. I, therefore, do not find any merit in the petition. The same is dismissed. No order as to costs.
