Heard Mrs. B.P. Maldhure, learned counsel for the applicant - original respondent No. 2, Shri P.S. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the original petitioner / respondent No. 1 and N.R. Patil, learned AGP for respondent No. 2 - original respondent No. 1. 2.

The identical review petitions like MCA No. 1011 of 2018 and other connected matters are disposed of by us today with litter clarification. Here, the applicant - respondent No. 1 - lady appears to be a new mother with seven months old baby. The transfer policy envisages a sympathetic consideration of such matter.

Hence, in this situation, if any vacancy is available in the vicinity, the Chief Executive Officer shall look into the administrative need and post her at the place of her choice. With this observation, present MCA is also disposed of. No order as to costs.
