DATED : 22/01/2019 The learned Presiding Officer has condoned the delay of 6 years, 11 months and 10 days in filing appeal, considering the fact that this period is consumed in prosecuting the matter before the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department and then before this Court. The Presiding Officer has rightly dealt with the relevant aspects in para no. 7 of the impugned order. It cannot be said that the Tribunal has committed any error of jurisdiction. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Ansari
