Learned A.P.P. points out the reply on behalf of the non-applicant No.1 dated 24.04.2024 wherein it is stated by the Investigating Officer that the investigation reveals that the present applicants/original accused were falsely implicated by the informant i.e. non-applicant No.2 and, therefore, 'B' summary has been filed before the learned Special Judge on 30.12.2020. It is further stated that the learned Special Judge, after going through the investigation papers, has passed the order on 16.02.2023 i.e. conclusion by the Investigating Officer was correct. 2.

Under the said circumstances, learned Advocate for the applicants seeks withdrawal of the application. 3.
