It is also found that pursuant to order dated 16.03.2017, the appellant insurance company has already deposited the entire amount of compensation in this Court.

Considering these facts, the application for condonation of delay of 91 days in filing the accompanying appeal is allowed for the reasons stated therein.

Issue notice in the appeal for final disposal returnable on 4th October 2019. Mr. V. A. Patait, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2. 5.
