The applicants are is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.586/2022 registered with Police Station Manora, District Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 273, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act,2006.

In this case, the applicants are in jail from 04/11/2022. The contraband has already been seized by the Police Authorities. Furthermore, there are no criminal antecedents to the discredit of the applicants. In the circumstances, as there is no possibility of being absconded and not available for trial, I am of the opinion that the applicants are entitled for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is allowed.

51ba1314-22.odt b) It is directed that in connection with 586/2022 registered with Police Station Manora, District Washim for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 273, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act,2006, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount for each of the applicants.

c) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 1st and 16th day of each month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the culmination of the trial.

d) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

e) The State is at liberty to move application for cancellation of bail, in case of breach of any of the conditions or the applican repeat the similar offence The criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
