The award of compensation is based on the disability to the extent of 20% as a consequences of amputation of one of the leg. 2.

The Tribunal considered the income of the claimant, the medical bills and the future income and as such, awarded compensation of Rs.11,00,000/- which I am informed is already withdrawn by the respondent/claimant.
