Both learned counsel for the respective nonapplicants oppose the present application, however orally without filing any reply. Therefore, statement of facts made on affidavit remains uncontroverted.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the contents in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay.
