2) The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.150 of 2025, registered with Police Station, Janefal, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 318 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3) The learned APP has stated that the applicant is attending the Police Station as per the condition imposed by this Court while granting him ad-interim anticipatory bail. Considering the civil nature of the offence, the applicant is protected by granting anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions. Hence, the following order- i] The application is allowed.
