Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 05/07/2017. C.A.F. No.1079 of 2017 This is an application for stay to the execution of judgment and award dated 09/05/2016 passed by the Motor Accident Tribunal, Wardha in MACP No.80/2013.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire amount of compensation as awarded by the MACT would be deposited in this Court within period of six weeks from today. In view of this assurance, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within period of six weeks. On failure to do so, stay would stand automatically vacated without reference to Court. Application is disposed of accordingly.
