Shri Ahmed, the learned counsel for the applicant/respondent, has filed this application for recall of the aforesaid order on the ground that this Court passed an order dated 13-10-2016 thereby deciding the matter finally and this

In view of above, the order dated 13-10-2016 is recalled. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. There is no reason to interfere in the order impugned in this petition.

The petition is dismissed.
