It appears that the second appeal was admitted on 23.12.2013 and the parties are apprehensive that final decision would consume lot of time before the appeal can be heard by its turn. That being so, the judgment debtor who is in possession of the entire land while the plaintiff is entitled to 1/20th share to the suit property, it is suggested that sum of Rs.15,000/- per year be deposited in this Court subject to final decision in the second final. The amount so deposited be invested in any Nationalized Bank. The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
