SEPTEMBER 29, 2017 This is second bail application filed by the present applicant. On 20/9/2017,this Court dismissed Criminal Appication (BA)No.856/2017 filed by the present applicant. The order dated 20/9/2017 is placed on record by learned A.P.P. alongwith reply. The order shows that after hearing it was submitted before this Court by the learned counsel for the applicant that application is filed prior to filing of the chargesheet and therefore, the permission was sought to withdraw the application to file an application before the learned Court below after filing of the chargesheet. Prayer is accepted and liberty was granted.

Within ten days again the applicant has moved an application without there being any change in circumstances. The chargesheet is not filed. When the Court was about to dismiss this application, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wish to
