O R D E R

(Passed on 22nd March, 2025) The parties have settled their dispute fully and finally on the terms mentioned in the compromise agreement annexed herewith, which is duly signed by the parties and marked as 'Form-H' for identification. The legal heirs of Respondent No.1 appeared through Video Conferencing from the District Legal Services Authority Centre, Buldhana. Shri S. V. Thorat, Deputy Collector, Buldhana and Shri Gokul Mahajan, Assistant Engineer (Grade-1), Minor Irrigation Construction Sub-Division, Jamner also appeared physically. All parties admit the execution of the compromise agreement and the terms contained therein.

In the wake of settlement between the parties, the appeal and crossobjection are disposed of in the terms of the compromise agreement. 3.
