While issuing notice, the learned Assistant Government Pleader was directed to obtain instructions as to the period within which the petitioner's application dated 15/2/2021 seeking insertion of her name in the CL-III license would be taken. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that within a period of two months, the said decision would be taken. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a copy of communication dated 2/12/2022 issued by the Superintendent of State Excise, Bhandara. The same is taken on record and marked as 'A' for identification. Accordingly, by accepting the aforesaid statement, it is directed that the respondents shall decide the petitioner's application dated 15/2/2021 within a period of two months by following due process of law. The decision be taken by the end of February - 2023 after hearing all the concerned parties and the same be communicated to the petitioner.
