Shri Gajanan Deshmukh Advocate h/f Shri R.L. Khapre, Advocate for the petitioner has pointed out that the matter is amicably worked out before the learned Mediator. The copy of agreement for settlement of dispute, dated 28th September, 2018 is also placed on record. It is submitted that in view of amicable settlement of dispute, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the conempt petition.

In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, I see no reason to exercise jurisdiction under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
